1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Interview Axis ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including candidates, employers, institutes, and administrators.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Misrepresentation of qualifications, identity, or organizational affiliation is grounds for immediate account termination.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Employer & Institute Obligations

Employers and institutes using the Platform agree to:

• Post only genuine, accurate job opportunities and campus drive information
• Comply with all applicable labour laws and equal opportunity employment regulations
• Not use candidate data for purposes beyond recruitment as stated on the Platform
• Complete verification processes to maintain a trustworthy ecosystem
• Respond to candidate applications in a timely and professional manner

5. Candidate Obligations

• Upload accurate resumes, portfolios, and academic credentials
• Apply only to positions you are genuinely interested in and qualified for
• Attend scheduled interviews or notify employers promptly if unable to do so
• Not engage in fraudulent application practices

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform using automated tools
• Post spam, fraudulent listings, or misleading content
• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, software, and text, is the property of Interview Axis Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Interview Axis is a platform that connects candidates with employers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, accuracy of third-party listings, or the conduct of any user. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

9. Subscription & Payments

Paid plans for employers are billed as described at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. These Terms are subject to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
